Milutin Nikolic
MBA
Milutin has over 25 years of principal investment and investment banking experience in Europe, USA, Asia and Africa. He is co-founder of Invigo and of Hefestos, the largest investment banking firm in SEE and the key dealmaker in many large deals in the region. He advised many record-breaking transactions, and holds BSc from universities of St. Gallen and Lausanne and MBA from Harvard university.
Pavle Kavran
Pavle has over 20 years of principal investment, structured products and investment banking experience in Southeast Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA and Africa. Together with Milutin, Pavle founded Invigo and Hefestos, the largest investment banking firm in SEE that has advised numerous transactions with cumulative value of over €50 billion. Pavle holds BA from Clark University.
Marko Jovanović
Marko has 16 years of experience in financial management, particularly managing large international financial teams of accountants, tax advisors, credit control, treasury, internal audit, and investment banking teams in cumulative of 200 people in Europe, Australia, and USA. As a result, he has a diverse set of experiences that enable him to manage various aspects of finance, ranging from controlling, M&A to IFRS implementation and financial modeling forecasts. He has worked in the investment banking sector for five years, overseeing investments and assets and facilitating effective financial strategies to increase portfolio value (more than €500 million in cumulative). He is a guest professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Belgrade University. Marko holds BA and MSc from the Faculty of Organizational sciences and is a PhD Candidate with Certified Public Accountant and CFA Level 1 certifications.
Bojan Dinić
Marko has over 16 years of professional experience both in the government and private sector. As a head of legal and public procurement of Project implementation unit (www.piu.rs), Bojan has successfully finished more deployed more than €400 million in development projects in the Balkans. Prior to this engagement, Bojan has also been in senior management positions at metal production companies, serving as a CEO of a shipyard for 7 years.Bojan graduated with a MA Belgrade University Faculty of Law.
Currently, Bojan is CEO of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES).
